Why is it important to regularly remove pet waste from your yard?

Regular removal helps maintain a clean and sanitary environment, for your pet and family. Preventing the spread of diseases and keeping your outdoor space pleasant.

How often should I clean up after my pet?

Ideally it's best to clean up pet waste once a week or more often pending the pet or the number of pets you have. Our membership includes once a week and to be paid on the first of every month. In the event of inclement weather such as heavy rain, freezing temperatures or snow we will reschedule your appointment for a different day. We will notify you if a day has to be rescheduled. 

How do you dispose of the waste?

We will double bag the waste with biodegradable bags and place it in your trash cans to minimize environmental impact. 

Do I have to be home? Can my dog be outside while you clean the yard?

You do not need to be home in fact we will send a text confirmation when we have completed cleaning your yard for the day. Although we love your pets we ask that they stay inside while we clean the yard. It will help us be able to be more thorough as we clean your yard. 

What is included for daily care?

We understand sometimes it's hard when you have to work long hours and can’t make it home in time to feed and walk your pet. Let us schedule a daily visit with your pet. We will walk your pet, replenish the food and water bowl and just give your fur baby some needed attention while you are out.
